Provisions for storing oil in coal mines

1. It is forbidden to bring inflammable and explosive articles into the well on the ground. If it is really necessary to go down the well, it must be approved by the leaders in charge of the mine and safety technical measures must be formulated before it can be used in the well. 2. It is forbidden to pour combustible materials such as ashes, cotton yarn, cloth ends and oil stains into ground cracks, abandoned wellhead or other underground openings. 3. It is forbidden to store gasoline, kerosene and transformer oil underground. Gasoline, kerosene and transformer oil that are no longer used must be filled on duty. 4. Each mining face and electromechanical cavern must be equipped with a special iron drum with a cover (300 mm in diameter and 500 mm in height), and the lubricating oil, cotton yarn, cloth head and paper used underground must be stored in the tightly covered iron drum, and it is strictly prohibited to scatter in the roadway, cavern and goaf. Every 10 day, the sundries in the iron drum will be lifted by special personnel. "5. It is strictly prohibited to sprinkle residual oil and waste oil in the mine or cavern. Residual oil and waste oil must be packed in oil drums, and a special person is responsible for lifting them into the well every month.
