4.2 Definition of working at heights:

4.3 Chemical enterprises must do the following when working at heights:
4.3.1. Personnel working at heights must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the State Council's "Safety Technical Regulations for Construction and Installation Projects", Chemical Industry Section 4 of Chapter 12 of the "Safety Management System" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the safety regulations for working at heights formulated by the local labor department.
