Zhang Yi's former residence is a cultural relic protection unit in Chuzhou.

Zhang Yi's former residence is located at No.45 Donghou Street, Langya District, Chuzhou City. This is an ancient building with an area of 900 square meters. It is the third batch of cultural relics protection units in Chuzhou city, and the publication number is Chu Zheng [2006] No.25.

Protection scope: 50 meters from east to west, south to East Back Street.

Construction control zone: 50 meters outside the protection scope in the east, west and north, and east back street in the south.

Zhang Yi (190 1 ~ 1986), a famous educator and psychologist, was born in a well-off family in Chuzhou. Grandfather and father were both scholars, and father Zhang Xinpei was a tribute in the late Qing Dynasty. /kloc-at the age of 0/6, Zhang Yi went to Shanghai and was admitted to the high school affiliated to St. John's University. When he graduated, he was expelled from school for participating in the patriotic and anti-imperialist movement.
