What documents should I sign for the real estate license?

Under normal circumstances, you need to sign a contract with the property company to get the key: the owner's temporary agreement, the preliminary property management service agreement, and two books (residential instruction manual and residential quality guarantee).

If you apply for a real estate license, it has nothing to do with these, unless you didn't sign these agreements at that time and asked you to sign them again.
