2. Improve the work plan, and further formulate and improve the overall plan and emergency response plan for epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19;

3. Strengthen risk investigation, and the leading group for prevention and control will organize a self-inspection once a week, find problems, rectify them in time, and keep the data for future reference;

4. Strengthen the duty watch. The school implements the all-weather duty watch system, with leading cadres taking shifts 24 hours a day, duty officers on duty 24 hours a day, and contact telephone numbers kept open 24 hours a day.

Second, strict access management

Third, strict travel management

13. If there is no major emergency, teachers and students are not allowed to leave Hengyang in principle, and they are not allowed to go to high-risk areas in the epidemic;

14. The departure of faculty and staff from Hunan shall be approved in writing by the principal or principal of the school, and it is strictly forbidden for other personnel to sign on their behalf;

15. The main person in charge of the units under the Education Bureau of the city, counties and cities must report to the director of the Education Bureau at a higher level in writing for approval;

16. The departure of cadres and workers from the city and county education bureaus from Hunan must be reported in writing to the section chief and the leaders in charge for approval, and submitted to the personnel department of the unit for filing;

24. Teachers and students are absent from school due to illness, and the cause is traced and registered;

25. Implement the daily report system for teachers and students in field practice, and each school will assign special personnel to be responsible for it, so as to grasp the health status of teachers and students in real time.

5. Strengthen daily protection

26. Implement daily morning and afternoon temperature check-ups for students, and increase evening check-ups for boarding students;

27. Implement ventilation measures, such as opening windows for ventilation in dormitories, classrooms, offices and other crowded places 2-3 times a day, each time for not less than 3 minutes;

28. Implement disinfection measures, and clean and disinfect the floors of classrooms, dormitories, canteens, public activity areas and other places and the surfaces of high-frequency secondary contact objects such as faucets, light switches, door handles, elevators, stair handrails and fitness equipment daily;

29. Prepare prevention and control materials, such as masks, hand sanitizers and disinfectant, for at least one month, and hand sanitizers should be placed in all public places in the school;

31. Standardize the channels of diagnosis and treatment. Teachers and students who find fever should wear masks, be well protected, and be sent to the hospital for fever clinic, with registration and tracking management ledgers;

32. Strictly control gathering activities, and do not hold inter-provincial gathering activities;

33. It is really necessary to hold an activity with more than 5 people, and it is necessary to formulate a perfect epidemic prevention and control plan and emergency plan. 3 people reported their activities to the local prevention and control office for approval, and activities with more than 1, people were evaluated and approved by the local county and urban prevention and control office, and then reported to the municipal epidemic prevention and control office for approval. After examination and approval, they are reported to the higher education administrative department for the record;

34. prevention and control supervisors should be set up in public places of schools.

VI. Strengthening detection and prevention

35. Insist on the implementation of provincial and municipal detection measures. Teachers, students and employees of Laiheng who have reported local nucleic acid positive infections to provinces or from land border ports and counties are required to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and conduct another nucleic acid detection within 24 hours after reaching the balance, and self-health monitoring for 14 days. Teachers, students and employees of Laiheng who have no local nucleic acid positive infection report to the province are also required to enter the balance with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and self-health monitoring for 14 days;

36. Strengthen the nucleic acid detection of key personnel and high-risk personnel, and conduct random inspection once a week. In principle, each sampling inspection is not less than 25% of the total staff detection, and it is not repeated;

37. Real-time investigation of teachers, students and employees who have lived in provinces and cities with COVID-19 cases;

38. The faculty and staff should strengthen the needle inoculation, and the students aged 3-11 should complete the whole vaccination on time, and the acceptance rate should reach 1%.

VII. Strengthening publicity and education

39. There are fixed publicity columns for the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, and there are propaganda for teachers, students and employees. Strengthen the propaganda of epidemic prevention policies, and the awareness rate of policies related to epidemic prevention and control of teachers, students and employees of the school must reach 1%;
