Seven. Contents and requirements of repair
(1) Special rectification of falling accidents.
Sufficient and standard-compliant instruments should be equipped according to the engineering situation and used according to the specification requirements; The safety protection facilities of four-port, five-edge and unloading platforms should be standardized and instrumentalized, and the responsible person system should be implemented.
The preparation of the special construction plan for falling prevention should be scientific, targeted and operable, and be approved and signed by relevant personnel. The construction site should be implemented in strict accordance with the specific requirements of the special plan, and a special emergency rescue plan should be formulated.
Special operations personnel should hold relevant certificates, and the construction unit should equip the operators with qualified safety protection articles such as safety helmets and safety belts, and the operators should wear and use them correctly according to regulations.
Before working at heights, the safety protection facilities shall be inspected and accepted. If it is necessary to temporarily remove or change the safety facilities, it should be approved and confirmed before implementation, and obvious warning signs should be set up in relevant parts to explain the temporary removal or change of the safety facilities.
Scaffolding engineering and formwork engineering shall prepare special construction scheme according to engineering conditions and relevant regulations, which shall be erected and dismantled by professionals. There is a special passage, and it is not allowed to climb up and down the scaffold or supporting system.
Scaffolding in operation layer should be laid tightly, and the lower part should be covered with safety flat screen; The inner side of the external upright post of the scaffold is fully enclosed with a dense mesh safety net that has passed the inspection, and no gap can be left. The dense mesh safety net should be reliably fixed on the frame; When the clearance between the scaffold board and the building in the operation floor is greater than cm, it should be completely closed to prevent people and materials from falling. ,
Special rectification scheme for collapse prevention
All kinds of operating platforms and unloading platforms shall be erected according to the construction plan, the foundation shall meet the requirements of bearing capacity, the frame body shall remain stable, it is forbidden to connect with scaffolding, and the operating platform shall not be overloaded.
In formwork engineering, when installing formwork, binding steel bars, pouring concrete and dismantling formwork, operators should be guaranteed to have a reliable foothold, and the operation surface should be provided with safety protection facilities according to regulations.
The construction load of formwork and its supporting system shall be uniformly superimposed and shall not exceed the design and calculation requirements.
Purchase and lease of steel pipes and fasteners must check the production license, product quality certificate, production date, inspection certificate and product identification. Before use, it should be sent to the legal testing unit for testing, and steel pipes and fasteners with incomplete documents and unqualified testing should not be used.
Tower cranes, external elevators and tic-tac-toe frames shall be installed and dismantled by qualified units according to regulations.
(2) Special rectification of collapse accidents
The compilation of the special construction scheme for collapse prevention should be scientific, targeted and operable, and be approved and signed by relevant personnel, and strictly implemented at the construction site according to the specific requirements of the special scheme; And should formulate special emergency rescue plan.
Before foundation pit (groove), slope, foundation pile, formwork and temporary construction, the construction scheme shall be prepared according to the requirements of the design unit and the geological conditions, construction technology, working conditions and surrounding environment. Deep foundation pit and ultra-high formwork engineering still need to organize scheme demonstration and review as required.
The construction unit shall plan the temporary drainage system in the construction area, and the temporary drainage shall not damage the foundation of adjacent buildings (structures) and dig and fill the slopes. When excavating in areas with complex terrain and geological conditions where landslides and collapses may occur, the design unit shall determine the drainage scheme. When there is surface water confluence, drainage or underground water pipe leakage around the site, the construction unit should organize drainage and take protective measures for the foundation pit. When excavating foundation pits (troughs), slopes and foundation piles below the groundwater level, the construction unit shall reasonably choose dewatering measures to reduce the groundwater level.
When pit (trough) and slope are provided with pit (trough) wall support, the support should be designed according to excavation depth, soil conditions, groundwater level, construction method and adjacent buildings (structures). When removing the support, it should be removed layer by layer according to the backfilling sequence of foundation pit (groove), and it should be removed and filled at the same time to prevent the slope from collapsing or damaging adjacent buildings, and reinforcement measures should be taken when necessary.
All kinds of building materials should be piled up at the edge of foundation pit (groove), slope and foundation pile hole, and piled up at a specified distance. During mechanical excavation of earthwork, operators are not allowed to enter the scope of mechanical operation to clean up or find slopes. After the excavation of foundation pit (trough), the underground structure and installation works should be carried out in time, and the excavation or backfilling of foundation pit (trough) should be carried out continuously. The construction plan should fully consider the inducing factors such as rainy season construction, and put forward the pre-plan measures.
During formwork operation, steel supporting materials and bamboo and wood materials with serious corrosion, deformation, fracture, desoldering and bolt looseness shall not be used as columns. The supporting column foundation should be firm, and the settlement of formwork support system should be strictly controlled according to the design calculation. Braces and columns should be firmly connected to form a whole.
During the construction of foundation pit (groove), slope, foundation pile and formwork operation, special personnel shall be assigned for command and supervision. In case of displacement, cracking and leakage, the construction should be stopped immediately, and the operators should be evacuated from the job site, and the operation can only be started after the danger is eliminated.
When building materials, templates, construction machinery and other materials are stacked on the floor and roof, the construction unit should strictly control the quantity and weight to prevent overloading. When the number of piles is large, the load should be calculated and the floor and roof should be strengthened.
Temporary buildings should be built safely and reliably, and temporary buildings built along the street, open space and at the foot of the mountain should take measures such as wind prevention, flood control, rainstorm prevention and debris flow prevention. The assembled trailer used in the construction site shall have the product certificate.
Eight. Implementation steps

The rectification plan of the enterprise should be put on the construction site for future reference.
