Changes in the number of students in this semester: At the beginning of this semester, there were 2,500 students in our school, including girls 1095. Controlling the flow of students is the key and purpose of compulsory education. In order to do a good job in the control of floating students, we have done a lot of detailed surveys in the society, investigated 8 communities in our school district, found out the distribution of school-age population, copied the roster of children aged 0-6 in the communities, and ensured the enrollment rate of school-age population. The head teacher publicizes the Compulsory Education Law through the parent-teacher conference, so that the work of controlling the flow of students can be supported by parents and society. The head teacher keeps abreast of students' trends, gives ideological education to "only children", "poor students" and "students-weariness", and gives them help in their studies, so that they can stabilize their emotions and go to school with peace of mind. Family difficulties of students are the main reason for "dropping out of school". In order to make poor students go to school smoothly, six students in our school have been granted "two exemptions and one subsidy". For these poor students, the problem of going to school is solved, the phenomenon of dropping out of school is avoided, and the right of school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education is effectively guaranteed.

This semester, we conducted a thorough survey of disabled children and adolescents in eight communities in our school. Nine of them attended the school for the blind, the deaf and the disabled in * *. Our school creates conditions to accept 24 children with mild disabilities such as vision, hearing and intelligence to study in regular classes, and strives to create a good teaching environment for them so that disabled children can enjoy the same right to education as normal children of the same age.

The change of student status is also an important aspect of student status management. For this work, my principle is to adhere to principles, be impartial and meticulous. Innovative education is the soul of quality education, and developing interest group activities (community activities) to cultivate students with special skills in disciplines is an important aspect of cultivating students' innovative spirit and implementing innovative education. In a sense, the quantity and quality of special students is an important symbol of school-running characteristics.

This semester, students were organized to participate in the 20xx Primary School Mathematics Olympic Invitational Tournament.
