Article 11 If an employee commits the above-mentioned behavior and causes economic losses to the company, the person responsible shall not only bear the responsibilities according to the provisions of the previous article but also compensate the company for the losses:

Article 12 Each When the department head discovers that an employee of the department has committed an act stipulated in this "System", he should promptly report it to the manager's office meeting; employees can also report or expose anyone's disciplinary and rule-breaking behavior to the superior department and request for punishment.

Article 13 When the manager’s office meeting receives a report, report or exposure, it shall immediately report it to the general manager or the board of directors for approval before conducting investigation and handling.

After the investigation is completed, a "Handling Opinion" will be submitted to the general manager or the board of directors for approval, and will be submitted to the relevant departments for execution and the recipient will be notified.

Article 14 Administrative sanctions and financial penalties imposed on employees must be carefully decided. The facts must be clarified, evidence obtained, discussed at certain meetings, opinions from relevant departments must be solicited, and the person being punished must be allowed to defend himself.

Article 15: When disciplinary action is taken against an employee, the employee shall be notified in writing and recorded in the file.

Article 16 If an employee is dissatisfied with the disciplinary decision, he or she is allowed to apply for reconsideration in accordance with regulations; if an employee is dissatisfied with the reconsideration decision, he or she is allowed to appeal to the superior authority.

Article 17 Employees who have been punished shall not be transferred from the company before the punishment is resolved (except when the company announces resignation or expulsion).

Article 18 If a punished employee can correct his mistakes, work actively, make up for economic losses or achieve profit targets within one year, he will be reported to the general manager after being proposed by his department or requested by the manager at the office meeting for review. Sanctions may be mitigated or waived at the discretion of the manager or the Board of Directors.
