Are the hats of officers and petty officers the same?

Type 87 military uniforms (including some improved Type 92, Type 99, Type 02 and Type 04 military uniforms) are the same as those of captain officers-service color (army red sea army black air force sky blue) hat wall, service color hat tile (army green navy white air force first green then blue) and silver hat belt.

07 military uniforms are different. Captain officers have brim flowers, but sergeants don't.

According to Article 2 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Officers in Active Service promulgated by Decree No.43 of the President of the People's Republic of China (revised for the second time at the 19th session of the 9th the NPC Standing Committee from June 5 to February 28, 2000), an officer refers to an active serviceman who has been awarded a position above platoon level or a professional and technical position above junior level and a corresponding rank. Officers are divided into military officers, political officers, logistics officers, equipment officers and professional and technical officers according to the nature of their duties. Therefore, civilian cadres in the army (such as teachers in many military academies and doctors in military hospitals) are not officers, nor do they have military certificates.
