1. A project manager responsibility system is implemented for construction sites and production safety. Establish and improve the safety organizational guarantee system, formulate and improve the safety production management system, and ensure that personnel are in place and responsibilities are assigned to everyone.

2． The construction site must have good construction environment and operating conditions, and all personnel entering the construction site must comply with construction site safety management regulations.

3. Construction workers must undergo safety production education before taking up the job, and should be professionally trained for special types of work and hold certificates before taking up the job.

4. Necessary reminders, warnings and other safety signs should be set up at the entrance to the construction site and dangerous work areas to avoid possible accidental injuries.

5. The construction site must be protected against fire, electricity, explosion and falling.

(1) Relevant national fire protection regulations must be complied with, and all fire protection facilities must be fully equipped and staffed by dedicated personnel for frequent inspection and regular replacement. Fire sources must be prohibited from entering key fire protection areas such as the storage of flammable materials in oil depots.

(4) When working at heights, relevant operating procedures must be followed, necessary safety nets or guardrails must be set up, and safety belts and other protective equipment must be used depending on the specific situation.

6. The construction site must resolutely put an end to the "three violations" of illegal command, illegal operation, and violation of labor disciplines.

7. A complete maintenance and overhaul system for machinery and equipment should be established at the construction site to ensure the normal and safe operation of machinery and equipment.

For major quality and casualty accidents, the construction unit must manage the office and other administrative departments within one hour of the accident. Civilized construction management system

1. Before the start of construction, the construction organization design should be done well, the overall floor plan should be drawn, and the layout should be reasonable, and the civilized responsibility areas should be clearly divided and clearly marked. At the same time, clear signboards are set up to indicate the project name, project overview, names of the construction unit, design unit, supervision unit, project manager and technical person in charge, start date and planned delivery date.

2． The project department must implement target management, put the construction organization, annual target plan, process handover process, quality targets and management system on the wall, and refine the targets on a quarterly and monthly basis.

3. All managers and construction workers at the construction site must wear badges (job badges) and dress uniformly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the project department.

4. The working roads at the construction site should be kept smooth and marked with road signs.

Machinery, tools and materials should be kept in good condition: machinery and equipment should be kept in good condition, clean and neatly parked; construction materials should be stacked in an orderly manner, stored in a regular and reasonable manner, and signs should be inserted.

7. The mixing site must be hardened, and materials must be stacked separately. Separation walls must be set up, and signs must be displayed to indicate the name and specifications. For cement, steel, etc., rainproof and moisture-proof facilities must be installed.

8. The main mechanical equipment used on site (excavators, graders, road rollers, bulldozers, etc.) are equipped with "equipment signs" to indicate the name of the equipment, manufacturer, date of installation, usage status, name of the operator, etc.

9. At each construction point on the construction site, there should be a person in charge to direct the construction on site, and technical personnel should be on duty at the main parts. The on-site commanders and technicians should be familiar with the operating process requirements and quality standards.

10． The construction process should be reasonably arranged. Ancillary processes that may cause pollution to the road surface should be carried out in advance or corresponding protective measures should be taken. Construction or stacking of materials on the road surface is not allowed for processes that hinder the bonding between layers.

11. Construction access roads should be maintained daily to ensure "no dust on sunny days and no mud after rain", so as not to affect the normal life, production and traffic of local people.

12． The construction site must be aware of environmental protection. Waste materials generated during construction must not be discarded indiscriminately. They should be transported to designated locations for processing and storage as required. For construction materials that are prone to environmental pollution, effective measures should be taken during transportation, storage and use. measures to prevent or minimize contamination.

13.
