With the baptism of years, his progress has also advanced by leaps and bounds. He has worked in the fixture department, foreign co-organizer, life company, legal advisory office, factory office and other departments, and his work ability and performance have been recognized by everyone.

I remember when I returned to Harbin in the summer of 2009, a group of friends came back to visit the relocated factory. At that time, Zou Shibin received us as the office director and other disciples, and arranged a sumptuous lunch.

The years always slip away in our casual way. We enter the semi-mature period from youth, and then gradually transition to old age. Retirement is a sign of our old age. Just a few years ago, after he retired from the army, he refused several management positions and joined the ranks of an experimental factory in a mechanical and electrical college. This is a scientific research institution. He is in charge of the grinding sequence. In his own words, "when people are old, it is enough to find a job that only works and doesn't worry."

He also set up a small workshop in the workshop to create his own private space and make gadgets in his spare time, in order to do what he likes, play with his own mind and just entertain himself.
