1. First, open WPS2019, click the New tab, then click the Form button, and click the blank form.

2. Scroll from cell A1 to cell D2, select the area, and click the merge and center function in the Home tab. Enter the company name in the box, and then set the font, font size and color.

3. Select the area from A3 to D4 and click Merge and Center. Enter your company slogan and set the font, font size, bold, color, and left alignment in the Home tab.

4. Select the area from E2 to G4, click the small triangle button next to Merge Center, and select Merge by Row. Enter the company's contact information and set the font size and color.

5. Next, leave a blank line, select A6 to G6, and click Merge and Center. Enter the quote name on line 6 and the required items on line 7. Set the font size, shading color and text color.

6. Enter product information and quotation in the cells below. And select the range, set the center alignment and font size.

7. Select the product area again, click the small triangle next to the table style, and select your favorite style from the pop-up style.

8. Apply table style pops up, select 0 for the number of rows in the title row, and press OK. The effect is as shown below.

9. Click the small triangle next to the drawing border button and select white as the line color. Draw the line at the title to turn it into a white border.

10. Finally, select columns A to G, press and hold the right line of one of the columns to make it larger, and the cell column width of the entire table will become larger. Finally, click File-Print Preview to see the effect as shown.
