1. The investigation and study should be thorough and solid. Adhere to front-line work, go deep into the grassroots to help solve practical problems and listen to the opinions of the masses; It is necessary to choose places where difficulties and contradictions are concentrated and there are many opinions from the masses, and avoid going through the motions and engaging in formalism; To arrive without pomp, reduce the accompanying, simplify the reception, do not pick up and drop off, do not post hanging banners, do not put flowers and cigarettes, do not give souvenirs and local products, in principle, eat in the unit canteen.

We should attach great importance to the demands of the masses. Pay attention to the expression of the people's demands, unblock the channels of the people's demands, seriously and timely handle the reasonable matters reflected by the people, and do meticulous ideological work for those that cannot be handled, so as not to let the people have grievances in their hearts.

3. The meeting style should be concise and efficient. Streamline meeting activities, effectively improve the meeting style, advocate short meetings and tell short stories, and refrain from empty talk; There is no general deployment work and meeting requirements; The venue layout should be concise, and the work meeting should not be decorated; Do not arrange banquets or organize activities unrelated to the content of the meeting.

4. Document briefings should be standardized and reduced. Effectively improve the style of writing, and documents and briefings that have no substantive content and can be distributed or not will not be distributed; If the policies and regulations have been clearly stipulated, no documents will be issued, and general experience materials and situation reports will not be forwarded in the form of documents; If a meeting has been arranged and the problem can be solved by telephone or internet, no further document will be issued.

News reports should be improved. The Standing Committee of the County Party Committee attends meetings and activities, and decides whether to report according to the needs of work, news value and social effect; General research and guidance work does not make publicity reports, focusing on major decisions made by the county party Committee, annual work deployment, important work arrangements, meetings involving overall work or important guidance and influence, and work trends involving people's livelihood, economic and social development; The news reports of county leaders attending meetings and activities should be concise and pragmatic, simplify professional titles, reduce the number, words and duration, and advocate headlines.

6. The manuscript should be strictly submitted for approval. The standing Committee of the county party Committee publicly publishes speeches and articles involving major sensitive issues, and all of them are reported to the county party Committee for approval; In addition to the unified arrangement and approval of the county party Committee, in principle, no congratulatory letter or telegram, no inscription, no inscription.

7. Visits should be strictly regulated. Strictly reduce the general inspection visits of party and government cadres abroad; According to the overall needs of the county, arrange study tour activities reasonably, strictly control the accompanying personnel, and take transportation in strict accordance with regulations.

8. The reception work should be comprehensive and pragmatic. Major reception activities are coordinated by the county party Committee office and the government office, and the county organ affairs service center is arranged in a unified manner; Strictly control traffic, in principle, do not use police cars to lead the way, do not clear the way, and do not use police force to maintain order; The reception work should be pragmatic, frugal, enthusiastic and thoughtful, highlighting local characteristics; It is strictly forbidden to receive food beyond the standard and specifications, reduce the number of people accompanying meals, and do not give gifts and souvenirs.

9. Trading activities should be strictly controlled. Without the approval of the county party Committee, county leaders may not participate in various celebrations, ribbon cutting, unveiling and other activities, and may not attend various celebrations, commemorative meetings, commendation meetings, seminars and various forums; Simplify assessment and manage various assessments.

10. Diligence and thrift must first set an example. Strictly implement the provisions on working and living conditions such as housing, vehicles and equipment; Do not eat, drink and entertain each other in the name of work, and do not receive private relatives and friends with public funds.

The Standing Committee of the County Party Committee should strictly implement the above requirements, take the lead in setting an example, start from itself, and consciously accept the supervision of the masses. The leaders of county people's congress, county government and county CPPCC shall refer to it. All township departments should formulate specific measures in light of their own reality and conscientiously implement them.
