When will the Bailong River diversion project in Qingyang section start?

July 2022. Bailong River Water Diversion Project is a large-scale inter-basin water resources allocation project that takes water from the upper reaches of Bailong River, a tributary of Jialing River, and supplies water to 4 cities and 24 counties (districts) in Tianshui City, Pingliang City, Qingyang City and Yan 'an City, Shaanxi Province. It has been included in the list of 150 major water conservancy projects promoted by the state in recent three years. As of September 19, 2022, the Qingyang section of the project has started in July, 2022.
