Time division of peak and valley of electricity price

Generally, the electricity consumption time of State Grid is divided into peak period, low period and peace period. Every day is divided into three periods, and each period is 8 hours. According to this principle, each power supply company can specify each time period according to its own season and the time when peak and valley loads appear.

The division of time periods is generally as follows:

Peak hours: 08:30- 1 1:30,? 18:00-23:00

Usually: 07:00-08:30? 、 1 1:30- 18:00

Low valley time: 23:00-7:00.

Peak hours generally include some peak hours. Peak-to-average electricity price is an important means to cut peaks and fill valleys in power grid. Taking the price as the starting point, users are encouraged to use more electricity in the trough and less electricity in the peak.

Due to the great geographical differences among provinces in China, the division of peak hours is not the same. Taking Henan Province as an example: 202 1, 10, Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice on Further Perfecting the Time-of-use Electricity Price Mechanism (Draft for Comment), which restored the peak-valley electricity price mechanism:

Every year in1-February and July-August, users of time-of-use electricity prices will implement peak electricity prices, in which the peak period of1-February is from 0/9 to 20: 00 every day, and the peak period of July-August is from 0/2 to 14 every day and/kl.

Peak and valley electricity price

Also known as "time-of-use electricity price". According to the peak and trough of electricity consumption, the electricity price system is calculated separately. Peak electricity consumption generally refers to electricity consumption when electricity consumption units are concentrated and power supply is tight, such as high charging standards and low electricity consumption during the day, and generally refers to electricity consumption when electricity consumption units are few and power supply is sufficient, such as low charging standards at night. After mastering the rules, you can save a lot of electricity by reducing electricity consumption when you get high marks in the exam.

Sharp, peak, flat and valley are divided as follows:

1, the peak period is when the electricity consumption is high, and there are many users and the electricity consumption is high. There will be insufficient power supply in the power grid and the system frequency will drop, which will happen around 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm.

2, flat is the electricity consumption, in the case of normal and reasonable use, the power grid has sufficient power supply and stable frequency. This period usually occurs from 5 pm to 9 pm.

3. In the valley, that is, the low valley at night, there will be excess power in the power grid, and the frequency will rise, which will also cause imbalance and lead to the economic loss of the power supply system. Rationality generally appears from 9 pm to 7 am.
