Connection method of Emmett fan motor five-wire motor;

The motor leads out five lines: black straight line [main line], red line [fast gear], white line [middle gear], blue line [slow gear] and yellow line [capacitor line].

Generally, any line in the power cord is a brown loop, which is connected to the black line of the fan motor, the blue line of the fan switch in the power cord, the red line, white line and blue line of the motor connected to the third gear switch, and the remaining yellow line motor is connected to the capacitor, and the other capacitor is connected to the main black line.

Red is connected to the first gear, blue to the second gear, white to the third gear, yellow to the capacitor, black to the other end of the capacitor and the other end of the power supply, and yellow to the ground.

The motor fan is equipped with instruction manual, product certificate, circuit diagram and packing list. Check the packing list and check the parts.

Carefully check whether there is obvious deformation of the motor fan screen cover and fan blades. Rotating fan blades should be light and flexible, and should not always stop at the same position.

Startup performance is an important quality index of motor fan. During inspection, when the rated voltage of the power supply is 85% low speed, the motor fan should be able to start from a static state and run normally. The shorter the time required for the motor fan to start normal operation, the better the starting performance of the motor fan.

After electrifying, there should be no abnormal noise in the mechanical transmission part of the fan. When the electric fan is running at high, medium and low speed, the motor and blades should be stable, with little vibration and low noise. Motor fans should shake their heads and stop quickly, without intermittence, stagnation and jitter.

After the motor fan is electrified, if it feels numb when touched by hand, it will be detected by the electric detector, which also has a luminous display, so it can be judged that the shell is leaking and cannot be used.

After the electric fan has been running continuously for 2 hours, if the surface of the nose shell is hot, it means that the temperature is too high to use. Under normal circumstances, the surface temperature of the nose shell is below 50℃, so it should not feel hot.
