1. The construction content of anti-static raised floor includes the construction, test and quality inspection of basic treatment, the installation of brackets, beams and diagonal braces, the installation of grounding system, floor laying, etc.

2, the construction site temperature should be between 10-35 degrees Celsius, relative humidity is less than 80%; It should be well ventilated.

Second, materials, equipment and tools.

1, building materials should meet the requirements. When there are no special requirements in the design, the following requirements shall be met: the surface of the anti-static raised floor should be flat and firm, the bonding between the board and the surface should be firm, and it should have wear-resistance, moisture-proof and flame retardant properties. The surfaces of supports, beams and braces should be smooth and bright, and steel parts should be galvanized or rustproof. Anti-static performance index, mechanical performance and appearance quality shall meet the requirements of "Anti-static raised floor ventilation specification" SJ/T 10796. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, away from corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun and rain outdoors.

2. The construction equipment and tools should include cutting machine, portable chainsaw, sucker, 1M steel ruler, spirit level, cleaning waxing machine, test electrode and test instrument, etc. , its specifications, performance and technical indicators should meet the requirements of construction technology.

Third, the construction preparation

1, the construction should make the following preparations: be familiar with the design and construction drawings and survey the construction site. Formulate the construction plan, and draw the anti-static grounding system diagram, grounding terminal diagram and grounding network layout diagram. Prepare all kinds of construction materials, equipment and appliances, and pass the inspection. Thoroughly remove the construction site and equipment, and pass the inspection. Thoroughly remove the dust, small sand and other residues that affect the engineering quality at the construction site. Items larger than140m2 shall be laid as samples.

2. The construction site shall meet the following requirements: the grass-roots ground, whether it is cement ground, terrazzo ground or other hard ground, shall be uneven and must be repaired. For new construction projects, preset grounding devices should be provided during civil construction. There are 1 to 2 grounding terminals in the project area of 100 square meters. For the reconstruction project of the old factory building, the location and quantity of grounding terminals should be determined according to the actual situation and the same requirements. Anti-static raised floor must be basically completed in indoor decoration, the installation and equipment on the grass-roots level have been fixed in the predetermined position, and the pipes or wires under the raised floor can be installed only after they are laid in place. Fourth, the construction steps

1. Carefully check the flatness of the ground and the verticality of the wall. If major defects are found or local modifications are needed, they shall be submitted to the relevant departments of Party A;

2, pull the horizontal line, and use chalk line to pull the floor installation height to the wall, to ensure that the laid floor is at the same level, measure the indoor length and width, and select the reference position, and pop up the grid of the installation bracket on the ground to ensure that the floor is laid neatly and beautifully, and at the same time minimize the cutting of the floor;

3. Adjust the bearing to be installed to the same required height, and place the bearing at the intersection of the ground grid lines;

4. Fix the truss beam on the bracket with mounting screws, and calibrate the truss beam one by one with a level ruler and a square ruler to make them in the same plane and perpendicular to each other;

5. Place the movable floor on the assembled truss beam with a plate absorber;

6. If the remaining size near the wall is less than the length of the raised floor, it can be repaired by cutting the floor;

7. When laying the floor, use bubble level to level it layer by layer. The height of the raised floor is adjusted by the adjustable bracket. In the process of laying, you should handle it carefully to prevent scratching the floor and damaging the edges. At the same time, you should clean when laying to avoid leaving debris and dust under the floor.

8. When installing heavy equipment in the computer room, bearings can be installed under the floor of the equipment base to prevent the floor from being deformed;

9. When the HPL decorative board needs to be cut or processed, a Φ 6 ~ Φ 8 crack stop hole should be punched in the concave corner of the opening to prevent the processed decorative surface of the floor from cracking.
