In order to implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first", comprehensively improve the safety awareness of employees, implement the responsibility system for safety production, strengthen the management of safety production objectives, put an end to major accidents, reduce the occurrence of general accidents, and ensure the safety production of the whole station without accidents throughout the year. For more than a year since 2000, toll stations have made unremitting efforts in safety target management in combination with the "Management Measures for Safety Production of Jiangsu * * Expressway Co., Ltd. (Trial)" promulgated by the company.

According to the company's requirements, we put safety target management on the important agenda, and always instill the idea of "luck, the source of all difficulties" into every employee, so that every employee can firmly establish the idea that safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai and always adhere to the "four don't let go". First, establish and improve the safety leadership organization

According to the actual situation, establish and improve a new safety management network.

In 2000, the toll station personnel changed a lot, especially in the second half of the year, from the station leading group to the toll collectors, the staffing and post adjustment were constantly changing. In order to make the safety management work of the whole station run smoothly, our station timely adjusted the "backbone" of the safety management network according to the specific situation to prevent the "blank" caused by imperfect organization, and the whole station formed the party, workers and regiments.

Second, improve the relevant safety system and sign a letter of responsibility.

At the same time, according to the requirements of the relevant safety responsibility system, the signing of the safety production target responsibility book within the whole station was carried out at the beginning of the year. * The signing form of the station safety production target liability form is mainly the mode that the station department signs with each team and department, and then the head of each team and department signs with the members of this team. Its characteristics are similar to the daily work management mode of the station department, and it is easy to operate, forming a safety management situation in which one level is in charge of one level and the other level is responsible for one level.

Third, establish and improve the safety management account.

1, reasonable classification. Classify all kinds of safety accounts reasonably, try to do one thing at a time, avoid duplication, and fully reflect the development and work effect of an activity and a job.

2. Personnel management. The security management account of toll station can be said to be very single, and it can also be said that there are many categories. In order to make the safety account of the whole station more thorough, detailed and easy to check, the station specifically defined the station safety officer as the person in charge of the safety account management.

3, specification records.

(1), to implement the responsible person. The safety management account of the whole station is mainly divided into two parts: the station department and the team. By defining the station safety officer and the person in charge of the safety team, the specific records of the safety account will be implemented to people.

(2), clear accounting records. The main requirements of accounting records of the whole station are timeliness, accuracy, truthfulness and clarity. According to this requirement, the station department regularly checks the safety accounts of all parts, and the unqualified ones are linked with the relevant assessment regulations to promote the standardization of account records.

Four, vigorously carry out all kinds of safety management:

1, emphasizing "prevention" and moving the safety barrier forward.

According to the relevant provisions of the Law on Monitoring Hidden Dangers and Dangerous Points, I focus on "prevention" in safety management. On the basis of improving various safety systems and inspection regulations, we should pay close attention to implementation and never become superficial. The safety inspection of the station department is carried out at the same time as the organization of employees' study, with the participation of employees' representatives. The responsible person of unqualified parts will be strictly assessed according to the relevant assessment standards, and ordered to make immediate rectification. At the same time, the comrades who pointed out the problems will be rewarded, which will arouse everyone's enthusiasm for safety management, enhance the deterrence of safety mutual inspection and promote "prevention" in mutual supervision.

2, mobilize all staff, improve the safety management system, to ensure that the sparse and not leak.

The security management of toll stations is complex, and some places that are easily overlooked often become major security risks. In order to prevent this kind of incident, the station * also mobilized employees to carry out the "I offer suggestions for safety" activity, and collected the opinions of nearly 50 employees from the details. After discussion at the station, the relevant system of 13 was formed and put into practice. Through such activities, various defects in safety management are improved, and the safety net is ensured to be sparse but not leaking.

3, highlight the "vehicle" as the leading production safety management.

Safety work is the "highlight" of all work, and vehicle safety management is the "top priority". Our station is mainly to strengthen the driver's regular ideological and political and safety education, strengthen the inspection and assessment of the station department, strengthen the car dispatching system, and organically and effectively combine it with rewards and punishments to promote the smooth progress of vehicle safety work.

4. Strengthen employees' safety awareness of the toll network and facilities and equipment to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in the toll system.

The toll network security accident in July this year was thought-provoking, which caused great losses to the company and society. In view of the causes and consequences of this accident, our station promptly organized cadres and employees to learn safety knowledge and safety management methods, deepened employees' understanding of the importance of network security, raised employees' awareness of safety precautions, and cut off possible communication channels. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, our station also assigns special personnel to the company to participate in the business training of related system maintenance, strengthen the daily maintenance of equipment and facilities, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The responsible person should strictly follow the management requirements of daily inspection, weekly repair and monthly repair, strengthen the daily maintenance of equipment, so as to find problems in time and maintain them in place in time. Equipment operators should strictly abide by the operating rules, prevent equipment damage and personal injury accidents caused by human factors, and ensure the safe and normal charging work.

5. Strengthen the prevention work and standardize the management of money cards.

Strengthen the inquiry and record of foreign personnel and their vehicles to ensure that no idle personnel are stranded in the station area; Through monthly station meetings, staff meetings and regular safety meetings, the safety benefits of money, tickets and cards are instilled in employees, and the receipt, use and inspection of money, tickets and cards are strictly controlled; Install alarm equipment at the existing main money, tickets and card points to ensure foolproof.

6, vigorously carry out safety knowledge popularization education and publicity activities.

In combination with activities such as "Safe Production Month", our station not only educated employees on a series of laws and regulations on safe production, but also carried out a series of publicity activities during the "Fourth Five-Year Plan" legal popularization activities, such as setting up a small publicity in the toll plaza in view of the large traffic volume at the toll booth.

The transmission to Taiwan aims at popularizing traffic laws and regulations such as Hunan Provincial Expressway Regulations, Road Traffic Safety Law, and Expressway Driving Precautions, and is also conducive to the smooth development of toll collection work. In addition, through regular safety meetings and security team meetings, we will publicize some knowledge of strengthening self-protection awareness to employees to ensure their personal safety.

Because I took appropriate measures in safety management, I ensured that there was no safety production accident in 2000.
