Dangerous goods cannot be sent by ordinary express. Only courier companies that carry out dangerous goods postal services can mail them.

According to Article 23 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Postal Law, users should clearly and accurately fill in the name, address and postal code of the recipient. Postal enterprises shall provide postal code inquiry service for users free of charge in postal business premises.

Postal codes are compiled by postal enterprises in accordance with the coding rules formulated by the postal administration department of the State Council. Postal administrations shall supervise the compilation and use of postal codes according to law.

Twenty-fourth postal enterprises and users shall abide by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the relevant departments of the State Council on prohibiting or restricting the delivery of articles.
