Vice President He Wei, female, was born in 1957 and graduated from Xinyang Health School in 1977. She has served as head nurse and director of operating room in Gushi County People's Hospital.

Feng Xiaoqing, vice president, male, was born in 1962. He graduated from the Medical Department of Henan Medical University in 1983 as the chief physician and served as the director of the second department of surgery.
