Everyone knows that communication between people is very important, because it can make people more progress, broaden their horizons and see things in the longer term, so communication between societies is the same, so communication with other societies is essential.

5. Assist the Youth League Committee, mental health education center and association federation to do all the work.

On the basis of previous routine work and activities, Sunshine Psychological Association attaches great importance to the training of mental health knowledge for its members and strives to improve their psychological service level. Therefore, we have actively carried out a series of group counseling activities in the mental health education center of our hospital.

I will actively undertake the group counseling on the four themes of "freshmen's adaptation", "self-exploration", "sexual intercourse" and "interpersonal communication" sponsored by the Mental Health Education Center. This series of group counseling has carried out different theme activities according to the different situations of students. After the first round of interview group formed by our association, 60 excellent "quasi-sunshine messengers" were selected. Then we carried out the second stage of this activity: training quasi-sunshine messengers. Through the special lectures given by Zuo and An Huaping, the national second-level psychological counselors in our hospital, and the film and television exhibitions of "Warm Spring" and "Little Redemption", our quasi-sunshine messengers have mastered certain analytical judgment ability and psychological knowledge. However, due to the need of work, we have to choose excellent students as the last sunshine messengers again. In the second round of selection, under the guidance of An Huaping, a national second-level psychological counselor, and Jia Hongfeng, a national third-level psychological counselor, 20 "sunshine messengers" were finally selected through writing training experience, psychological tests and comprehensive selection of psychological cases. This selection will select 20 "sunshine messengers" to enter the third stage. These 20 sunshine messengers will go deep into students as "propagandists" and "meteorologists", influence others with an optimistic and positive attitude and help students solve daily problems. They will assist psychological teachers to carry out mental health education and contribute to the mental health education of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College.

The purpose of this exchange meeting is to summarize the work carried out this semester, let our board members know what we have done badly, listen to their opinions and raise the club to a higher level. Through the active preparation of our association members, our association members will go to the 158 nursing home together on the 26th of this month, aiming to spend a happy afternoon with the widowed elderly and wish them a happy New Year in advance! This semester, Sunshine Psychological Association not only worked hard to carry out the association work, but also assisted the mental health education center of the hospital to carry out daily mental health education.

First, assist the center website to publish information and provide mental health knowledge, so that all students in the hospital can enjoy the warmth brought by Sunshine Psychological Association on campus.

III. Summary of previous work experience

First of all, the publicity of the association is not enough. Although this is an issue that we have always emphasized in the last session, there are still some shortcomings in this work.

Secondly, in terms of work efficiency, due to the lack of ability and experience of the person in charge, there is always an unclear division of labor in the activities organized by the association, which seriously affects the efficiency of the activities. This requires all the cadres of our association to constantly sum up the problems and lessons in the activities and make timely revisions to prepare for the activities this semester.

Finally, it is reflected in the association system. If we want to carry out all the work of the association in an orderly manner, perfecting the system is the key. We joined the club out of our own interest, and we have no right to punish you for being late for the meeting or not participating in activities. We rely entirely on our own consciousness. But we should give some rewards to the members who have done well.

Fourth, the problems existing in the association.

At present, the concrete problems faced by the Heart Association are: how to expand the influence of the Association, how to better improve the management system, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of members to actively participate in activities, how to make the characteristics of our Association and build the brand activities of the Heart Association. These problems will be solved by the members of our association.
