Manuscripts for March 8 Women's Day activities

This year marks the anniversary of March 8th International Women's Day 102. Over the past few days, under the leadership of women's federations at all levels, women from all walks of life in the province have carried out a variety of activities to commemorate this festival in various forms.

In order to encourage women to make contributions, strive for excellence in their posts and carry forward the new trend of overall revitalization in Liaoning, women's federations at all levels organized a series of commemorative activities and service activities with the core of strengthening the socialist core value system and the theme of "going into poor women and caring for left-behind children".

In recent years, the Provincial Women's Federation has selected and commended a number of advanced models, such as the March 8th Red Flag Bearer Model, the March 8th Red Flag Bearer Model, and the Women's Civilized Post, to encourage and guide women to carry forward the "Four Ones" spirit in their posts, innovate their careers, and strive for excellence. With the theme of "Learning from Guo, Being a Contemporary Lei Feng, Dedicating Love and Volunteer Service", we will carry out the activities of "Learning from Lei Feng, Learning from Guo, Female Volunteers in Action", mobilize the majority of female volunteers to carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and Guo, carry out various forms and rich contents of female volunteer service activities, and create a good social atmosphere.

With the theme of "Millions of women learn the law, and family safety promotes harmony" and focusing on preventing and stopping domestic violence, our province launched the "March 8" Women's Rights Protection Week to publicize the knowledge of preventing and stopping domestic violence and related laws and regulations to women and families, and to provide women with legal advice and rights protection services. The Provincial Association of Women Political and Legal Workers also issued an initiative, calling on women political and legal workers to take active actions to oppose domestic violence, safeguard the rights and interests of women and children and promote social harmony.

Women's federations at all levels also combine commemorating festivals with doing practical things, doing good deeds and solving difficult problems for women. Relying on the activities such as "Women's Home", women's and children's activity center and women's rights protection service station, we have carried out various voluntary service activities for women, such as helping the poor, caring for empty nesters and left-behind children, beautifying the green environment and welcoming women's fitness during the National Games, and adopted various effective forms such as send warm, sending jobs and sending them to the law.

Some cities in the province have also carried out the activities of "promoting women's health projects and enjoying a better and happier life", organized physical examination buses, and provided free physical examination and "two cancers" screening for poor mothers. I visited the grassroots policewomen and detainees in the women's detention center, gave them books and got together. Some cities have also organized and established women's sports associations, carried out interesting sports activities and women's badminton invitational tournaments, which set off a craze for women's fitness and welcoming the National Games.
