2. Party B shall take strict safety protection measures according to relevant regulations. Party B shall bear the responsibility for accidents caused by failure to implement the laws, regulations, rules and regulations on production safety or ineffective safety measures.

3. Party B shall obey the safety production management of Party A.. The person in charge of Party B must give safety education to the team members, so as to enhance safety awareness and self-protection ability, and consciously abide by the safety production system.

4. Party B must conscientiously implement the safety technical measures, special construction plans, and the requirements for safety technical disclosure of sub-projects and sub-projects, and Party A shall check the implementation at any time.

5. Party B shall implement Party A's safety regulations and requirements on fire control, public security and food safety in the living area. 7. Party B's construction personnel shall receive three-level safety education after entering the site, and shall not enter the site for construction until they pass the examination. Party B must provide Party A with the "Three-level Safety Education Card" and the roster of all construction personnel in time. If Party B fails to provide the three-level education card, the minutes of the construction personnel's safety production education meeting and the roster in time, Party A will deduct 1% from the project payment as an economic penalty. If Party B's personnel need to be changed during the construction, it must put forward a plan and report to Party A, and educate the new personnel in accordance with the regulations and pass the examination before they can take up their posts. 8. The configuration of Party B's special operators must meet the construction needs.
