Graduates majoring in engineering and technology, who are adjusted to grass-roots command posts due to work needs, are assigned posts, awarded professional titles, and determined post salary and allowance standards, which are the same as those of graduates from primary command colleges. Assigned to civilian cadres, the determination of their technical level is the same as that of professional and technical officers.
