For major diseases, the cost of common drugs can only be reimbursed for a very small part, while similar surgery expenses, treatment expenses and the use of advanced drugs can not be reimbursed, and only a small part of the expenses can be solved. For the new rural cooperative medical system, it has a positive role and has taken the step of universal medical care. There are still many places to be improved in order to really make farmers' friends look up to the disease and solve their worries. Personal opinion: the treatment of serious illness needs to be strengthened. Poor families are all caused by serious illness. The system of overall planning for serious illness of rural farmers should be implemented. Should the country make efforts in this regard? Poverty due to disability. There are disabled people in the family, who have lost their labor force, thus losing their main source of livelihood and relying on others to take care of their lives, which has dragged down the life of the whole family. When visiting these families, some of them have not applied for disability certificates until now. In their minds, the disability certificate is useless and can't get some help. Even if the village cadres contact the hospital and relevant departments for them, the villagers will not make an appraisal. This shows that our propaganda work has not been done well. There are many such people in our country, and they are not covered one by one, which leads some disabled patients to lose confidence in them. This cannot be solved overnight in our country. This requires all localities to continue to develop and expand, expand the scope of assistance, and actively explore new channels and new ways to meet the living needs of the majority of disabled patients and solve their practical difficulties.

Poverty caused by lack of labor. It mainly involves single elderly families, where children are separated and only the elderly live in the family.
