Installation step 1: Prepare the installation tool.

Installation Step 2: Prepare to install consumables.

Consumables required for integrated wall installation include: alloy saw blade, caulking agent, strong liquid nail, special steel nail, water-based edge-closing adhesive and special putty paste.

Step 3: Prepare the integrated wallboard.

Before installation, select the plate with appropriate style according to the owner's design style. Integrated wall products include European series, wallpaper series, wood grain series, marble series and cartoon series. Choose the right plate from it, and of course choose personalized customization. Then, according to the shape and size of each space, prepare the integrated wallboard and accessories.

Installation Step 4: Site Cleaning

Clean up the site construction waste and create a good and safe construction environment; The wall must be flat, and the local concave and convex parts must be filled or leveled.

Step 5 of installation: spring wire.

According to the pattern of integrated wall, determine the laying mode of keel (horizontal and vertical), and the keel is not needed for wall installation;

According to the design and building size, determine the starting position and joint position of the slab, and pop up horizontal and vertical lines respectively;

After the keel position is determined according to the external dimensions of each part of the building and the overall wall length, a vertical line is played on the wall of the building;

Keel spacing and height > 30M, generally between 400-500MM, height

According to the position of the frame elastic line, it is perpendicular to the horizontal control line (the verticality control line of wall leveling);

Hang vertical and horizontal control lines around the corners of Yin and Yang, windows and balconies.

Installation step 6: keel installation

The wall usually does not need to install keel, and the integrated wall can be installed directly. Ceiling ceiling needs to install keel first, and then install integrated wall.

According to the requirements that the overall thickness and the thickness of the entire external insulation system are less than or equal to ≤50MM, rubber pads should be used when the keel is less than 10MM;

Install galvanized keel according to position and fix it with expansion bolt;

The allowable deviation of installation flatness and verticality of galvanized keel should be controlled within 2.5MM, and the parts below the standard can be adjusted with stiffening gaskets during installation;

The bottom of the keel should be lightning-proof jumper and reliably connected with the grounding bus of the construction unit;

The depth of the expansion bolt embedded in the wall is greater than or equal to 50 mm;

The outer surface behind the wall and below the keel forms an air insulation layer with the composite insulation board, and the thickness of the air insulation layer is between10 mm-20 mm.

Step 7: Install the integrated wall.

Cut the integrated wall according to the design drawings and the actual size of the wall, and pay attention to the alignment of the pattern flat-fell seam;

According to the horizontal control line, install the integrated wall from bottom to top, and fix it with self-tapping screws or rivets to the keel, without omission;

Installation sequence: first big angle, then flat-fell seam, first big wall, then self-closed window arm, and cooperate with accessories such as yin and yang angle and flat-fell seam coping for installation;

When the accessories are installed, all gaps shall be sealed by waterproof glue, and there shall be no leakage, except that they are fixed by screws or rivets.

There should be no insulating layer between the integrated wall and keel to ensure reliable lightning protection and grounding;

When inserting the upper and lower plates of the integrated wall, you can gently tap with a rubber hammer, gently insert and leave a little loose space to fix the nails.

Installation Step 8: Acceptance

After the installation is completed, the overall wall surface shall be inspected and accepted. If so, the seams of flat materials should be neat; The closed position does not affect the appearance at all; The material is firmly fixed, and there is no hole in the attached wall material; Reasonable color matching; The inner insulation layer has no external leakage; Corrugated plate butt joint is complete without burr; Right-angle folding, smooth, flat and beautiful. Then the integrated wall you installed is perfect.

Matters needing attention in integrated wall installation

1, the problem of integrated wall protection film

In order to protect the cleanness and beauty of the integrated wall, the integrated wall manufacturer will cover the surface of the integrated wall with a film so as not to be scratched.

This film needs to be torn off before installation, and the slogan "Please tear it off before installation" is also marked on this film, but considering the dust problem during installation of integrated wall, many people still tear it off after installation. But this method is problematic.

Problem 1: If the integrated wall is torn off after installation, it will be difficult to tear off the protective film inside the gusset plate, which will affect the appearance.

Problem 2: The integrated wall is installed with gusset plates. Tear off the protective film during installation, which will be more compact and leave no gaps. If it is torn after installation, it may leave a gap.

2. The wall is too uneven.

Integrated wall installation has low requirements for wall surface, and blank wall can be installed directly, but uneven wall surface still needs to be treated.

Due to the irregular size of the blank house, when there is deviation between the left and right sides of the wall, avoiding the protruding part of the wall as the junction of the two boards will lead to the widening of the gap and affect the appearance. A single plate can be simply slotted.

You can fill the leveled wall with gypsum or cement, and then test whether the wall is flat or not through a horizontal line. If you don't keep a certain elevation, you can also use the method of installing wood squares to level the wall.

3, bending processing problems

The bending of the wall is inevitable, so it is very important to integrate the bending treatment of the wall. Right-angle bending: In the process of bending, the wall thickness must be included in the bending line. Pay attention to the bending process, draw the bending line first, and then use the slotting knife to slot.
