The 24th Winter Olympic Games, referred to as the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games for short, is an international Olympic event hosted by China, which opened on February 4th and closed on February 20th, 2022.

After research, the Chinese Olympic Committee officially agreed to bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics to the International Olympic Committee in the name of Beijing, in which the ice project was undertaken by Beijing and the snow project was undertaken by Chongli, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. On 20 1 1313, the Chinese Olympic Committee officially sent a letter to the International Olympic Committee, nominating Beijing as the bid city for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
