In order to build harmonious labor relations and create a good employment environment, Haicheng District of Beihai City launched a special publicity campaign of "respecting labor and safeguarding rights according to law".

Through the combination of online and offline, the activity made full use of its own LED display screen and took turns to broadcast the propaganda slogan of "Regulations on the Protection of Wage Payment for Migrant Workers". Banners and slogans are also hung around construction sites, construction units, permanent residences of construction enterprises, migrant workers' concentrated areas, migrant workers' dormitory areas and major traffic roads in the city. At the same time, it also organized a number of departments and set up a working group to carry out the special action of "guaranteeing wages", carried out carpet inspection on the project sites under its jurisdiction, and carried out special inspections on attendance management, monthly payment of labor costs, payment of wage deposits, and project ledgers. At the same time, we also got a detailed understanding of the wage payment and existing difficulties on the spot, so as to grasp the emerging information in time and effectively prevent and resolve the risk of wage arrears. In the next step, Haicheng District will take the third anniversary of the implementation of the Regulations on the Protection of Migrant Workers' Wages as an opportunity to continue to strengthen law enforcement inspections and publicity of laws and regulations by combining special inspections with daily inspections, focusing on monitoring and comprehensive investigations, further guiding employers to standardize employment according to law and rationally safeguard workers' rights, and effectively creating a legal environment that respects and abides by the law.
