What is green bookmark action?

Green Bookmark Action is an annual theme action, which takes "April 26th World Intellectual Property Day" as an opportunity, takes specially designed green bookmarks as a carrier, and takes "refuse piracy, start with me" as a propaganda slogan, advocating the public to respect creativity and support genuine products, and setting off an upsurge of creating a prosperous, healthy and orderly cultural market environment in the whole society.

Bookmarks are small cards inserted in books to mark reading positions. It is not only a by-product of the traditional publishing industry in China, but also accompanied and witnessed the prosperity and development of the oldest cultural publishing industry in China. The meaning of "green bookmark" is "a fresh, pure and hopeful green cultural environment". Green symbolizes the vitality brought by cultural creativity to human beings, and fully conveys people's desire to respect knowledge and creativity and to work together to create a prosperous, healthy and orderly cultural market environment in the form of bookmarks. The "Green Tree Signature Action 2009", jointly sponsored by the Office of the National Working Group for Combating Pornography and Illegal Publications, the National Copyright Administration and CCTV, and undertaken by the Social and Legal Channel of CCTV, was launched in 3/kloc-0 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country on the 22nd, and was destroyed in various places, bookstores, schools and numerous websites. Small green bookmarks, like kindling, are passed in the hands and hearts of many people.
