How to refine waste tires?

The method of refining waste tires is as follows:

1. Put waste tires into the cracking reactor of waste tire refining equipment under negative pressure, and catalyze and heat them to generate oil and gas.

2. Oil and gas are condensed into oil after being cooled by a three-stage cooling system, and the whole cooling system is cooled by circulating water, which is environment-friendly and pollution-free.

3. In the process of thermal cracking, besides oil and gas, there will be some combustible non-condensable gases, which we call "tail gas". This gas can be directly recovered to heat the cracking reactor and save fuel.

End product use:

1. The heavy oil extracted from waste tires can be sold as fuel oil to glass factories, cement factories, ceramic factories, power plants, steel mills and boiler factories.

2. The heavy oil extracted from waste tires can be used for heavy oil generators.

3. The heavy oil extracted from waste tires can also be decolorized and deodorized, and the fuel oil can be further processed into non-standard diesel oil. Non-standard diesel oil can be used for diesel generators and heavy machinery, and can also be used as light fuel oil for generators, engines and boilers.
