The display color of Huawei mobile phone screen is abnormal.

If there are display problems on the mobile phone screen during use, such as screen color distortion, gorgeous color, incorrect color, color cast, etc. , please make the following investigation according to your problem phenomenon:

1. The screen color is incorrect and the color is turned off.

If all the scenes feel that the color is incorrect and the color is off (yellow, red, blue, green or white), please first confirm whether there is a toughened film or a third-party protective film on the screen. I suggest you tear off the film and try. If it cannot be solved, please check as follows:

(1) If the screen color is abnormal, it may be caused by adjusting the color temperature. I suggest you try to reset the color temperature as follows:

(2) If the phone turns white on a black background, you may have turned on color inversion. When this function is turned on, you can change the colors of text and background on the screen. If not, please turn off this function. Closing method:

(3) If the screen background is dark, you may have turned on dark mode or dark energy-saving skin, so I suggest you turn it off. Closing method:

Go to settings, search and click on dark mode or dark energy-saving skin. If the switch is on, just turn it off.

(4) If the screen remains yellow, you can turn on the eye protection mode, which can effectively reduce the blue light radiation and adjust the screen light to a milder warm light, which can relieve eye fatigue and protect vision. If you feel uncomfortable, you can turn it off in the following ways:

Enter the search settings and enter the eye protection mode, and then turn off this switch.

(5) If the screen display is abnormal (red shows green or green shows red), you may have turned on color correction. In order to help friends with weak vision to recognize the screen color more easily after opening, people with normal vision may feel that the screen color display is abnormal after opening. If not, please turn off this function. Closing method:

Go to Settings, search and click Color Correction. If the switch is on, turn it off.

(6) It is suggested that you search in the settings and enter the simulated color space, and turn off this function (if the search result is empty, it means that the developer option is not turned on, and this function is not involved).

2. The screen turns gray.

(1) If the screen is grayed out, you may have set the sleep time/stop time to use the phone healthily and turned on the switch to make the screen grayed out. After a limited time, the screen will turn gray. It is recommended that you turn off this feature. Closing method:

To enter the settings "Healthy Use of Mobile Phone" sleep time/stop time, just turn off the screen graying switch.

(2) If the screen turns gray, you can turn on the e-book mode. When turned on, the screen of reading and text scenes will turn gray. If you don't need it, you can turn it off. Closing method: Enter Settings, search and click E-book mode to close E-book mode.
