Manganese phosphating coated steel wire rope produced by patented technology has the longest service life, and hot dip galvanized-phosphating double coated steel wire rope is preferred in heavy corrosive environment. Phosphating coating improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel wire rope, which is the reason for improving its service life, and smooth steel wire rope will be completely eliminated.
