Archivists insist on regular inspection of archives. From the inspection situation, the archives are free from mildew, fading, dust, damage, moth-eaten, rat bite and other phenomena, and the confidentiality work is good, and there is no loss or diffusion of archives contents. In terms of archives appraisal, we strictly implement the system of appraising archives on schedule, and there is no phenomenon of destroying archives at will. When handing over and receiving files, the handover registration shall be clear, and the responsibility shall be assigned to the people, so as to ensure that they are not lost or damaged during the handover and circulation. Adhere to the special person responsible for the use of archival entities, adhere to the registration system, and ensure the safe use of archival entities.
