I. Approval Authority: Hunan Provincial People's Government

Three. Approved use: Aviation Avenue construction project in Zhuzhou County.

Four. Date of approval: 2065438+April 27th, 2008.

5. Owners of expropriated land: lukou town Village (formerly Simeiqiao Village) and Shetou Village (formerly Tuanshan Village).

6. Land requisition scope: lukou town (formerly Simeiqiao Village) and Shetou Village (formerly Tuanshan Village) in Zhuzhou County (see the red line map of land requisition posted on site for specific location, scope and boundaries).

Seven. Approved land acquisition area and category: 17.38+0 hectares. Among them, 98.0295 mu of cultivated land, forest land 126.2505 mu, garden land 3.4785 mu, other agricultural land 18.4965 mu, and construction land 21.2/mu.

Eight. Compensation standard: It shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of Hunan Provincial People's Government on Adjusting the Compensation Standard for Land Expropriation in Hunan Province (Xiang [2018] No.5).

9. Resettlement method: Land-lost farmers will be included in the social life security of land-lost farmers after land acquisition. The resettlement population involved in house expropriation shall be resettled by means of homestead joint construction.

Ten, 30 days from the date of this announcement for land acquisition compensation registration time limit. Rural collective economic organizations, rural villagers or other rights holders whose land is expropriated within the scope of land requisition announcement shall go through the formalities of land requisition compensation registration with the certificate of land ownership to the village affairs department of lukou town, Zhuzhou County within the time limit specified in the land requisition announcement. Land-expropriated rural collective economic organizations, rural villagers or other rights holders fail to go through the registration procedures for land acquisition compensation as scheduled, and the compensation content shall be subject to the investigation results of the land and resources department.
