Subsidy policy for planting rice after abandoned land: In 2022, farmers whose abandoned land is transferred to others for reclamation will be given a subsidy for returning the land according to the standard of 200 yuan/mu, and the planting subsidy is the same as above.

Incentive and compensation policies for newly purchased agricultural machinery;

Large growers and business entities engaged in grain production in Ningdu County will be subsidized by 25% for purchasing tractors and self-propelled rotary tillers, combine harvesters, grain dryers, rice transplanters, orderly seedling throwers, plant protection drones and other related machinery and equipment used in grain production within the scope of state subsidies, but the total amount of subsidies for a single machine by governments at all levels will not exceed 60% of the purchase price, and the amount of subsidies at the county level will be reduced.
