The first category: exposed perforated luminous characters, also called dot matrix luminous characters; Usually stainless steel or aluminum plate is stamped; Most of them use 9 cm round lights or 37*37 square lights, which are made of stainless steel and have strong corrosion resistance, so it is best to use them outdoors. Aluminum plate is light and corrosion-resistant, so these two materials are the choice of large characters on the roof.

The second category: acrylic luminous characters, also known as plane luminous characters; It has two uses, one is direct acrylic board, the other is light-transmitting film, or porous film. The latter two are mainly used for car owners who have different requirements for color or have a long warranty period.

It is suggested that the edge of flat acrylic luminous characters should be stainless steel or aluminum plate, and only these two plates are more durable. Iron sheet is ok, but it's not as time-consuming as stainless steel. Of course, the price is different.
