Qing Lidong 1, male, Han nationality, born in January 1963, from Nanchong, Sichuan, started working in August 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1988, studied economics at the Party School of Sichuan Provincial Committee Graduated in management, postgraduate degree, on-the-job doctoral candidate at China University of Mining and Technology, doctor of law, senior accountant, member of the 9th Aba Prefecture Committee, representative of the 10th Party Congress of Sichuan Province. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Ya'an Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Sichuan Province.
