Can the invoice price of refined oil be higher than the market price?

The invoice price of refined oil cannot be higher than the market price. Refined oil cannot be higher than the state-guided sales price, otherwise the industrial and commercial department will punish it. According to Article 4 of the Measures for Refined Oil (Order No.23, 2006 of the Ministry of Commerce), refined oil refers to gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other alternative fuels that meet the national product quality standards and have the same purpose.
