In the two safety and civilized construction inspection and appraisal of the group company, we both won the first place. The specific approach is:

1, complete the work organization and improve the management system. After the establishment of the project department, the first task is to quickly establish safety and civilized construction management committees and daily work coordination groups at all levels. On the premise of sound organization, combined with the actual situation of Guixi project, more than 20 work systems and management methods have been formulated. Straighten out the working relationship, make the safety work of XXX project on the right track under the overall auspices of the project department of my management company, and form a virtuous circle.

2. Carefully plan and create a civilized construction site. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of other site safety and civilized construction management, we have carefully planned the overall layout of XX project site safety and civilized construction to make it more scientific, reasonable and standardized. For example, set up a safety and civilized construction supervision post, isolate the construction area with closed colored steel plates, divide the civilized construction responsibility area, set up mobile sprinklers and fixed smoking spots on the construction site, improve standardized safety warning signs, make temporary toilets for working at heights, and make eye-catching large-scale billboards.

3. Strengthen education and training to improve safety quality. First, full-time and part-time safety supervisors were trained by holding training courses, so that they had a clear understanding of the safety concept, management methods, working ideas and work priorities of China Power Investment Corporation. Second, on the basis of training all employees, the project department conducted a safety knowledge examination for thousands of people and received good results; The third is to strengthen the publicity atmosphere of safety public opinion, create a safe and civilized construction atmosphere, enhance safety awareness and improve safety quality through publicity boards, illegal exposure columns and knowledge contests.

4. Insist on inspection and appraisal, and cash rewards and punishments. On the premise of establishing assessment standards and methods, organize monthly assessment and appraisal every month, and cash rewards according to the comprehensive assessment results every quarter. Adhere to the principle of openness and fairness in the assessment process, and cash rewards and punishments in time according to the reward standard, and give certain rewards to safety supervision personnel with outstanding work performance. Doing so has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of all construction units for safe and civilized construction.

5, the implementation of plan management, pay special attention to the hierarchical control. In the work of safety basic management, we pay attention to the standardization of safety account, and the project department has visited the construction unit for guidance and inspection many times, so that the safety management data of each construction unit of XX project are basically at the same management level. In the on-site safety monitoring work, pay attention to give full play to the enthusiasm of safety supervisors and safety supervisors of all construction units, and better reflect the organization and leadership role of the management company. At the same time, the on-site hazard sources are also controlled at different levels, and the main contradictions and key links of the problem are grasped.

6. Install video surveillance and set up safety supervision posts. The video monitoring equipment and safety and civilized supervision posts set up on the construction site have attracted many visitors' attention. We feel that they mainly have four functions: first, they can monitor the construction site at any time, in all directions and around the clock; The second is to play a warning role, so that construction workers feel that safety work is being grasped and managed anytime and anywhere; Third, as the on-site work of safety supervision personnel, the work efficiency is accelerated; The fourth is a place to educate, study and punish recidivists.

7, hardening construction pavement, do a good job in environmental construction. In order to create a clean and tidy construction site, we hardened all the main construction pavements and divided the civilized construction responsibility areas. Specialist cleaning and daily inspection will keep the construction site in a high-standard civilized construction state for a long time.

8, reflect the humanized management, put into standardized facilities. We have set up many standardized smoking and drinking stations in the main construction site of XX project. The high construction site shall be provided with water flushing mobile toilets; In order to reduce dust, we also equipped with on-site sprinkler; In hot summer, we strictly check the canteen, bathroom and heatstroke prevention and cooling measures of the construction unit, and distribute heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs to the construction unit. One of our safety concepts is to create a safe, civilized and humanized construction environment for contractors.

9. Increase investment in safety and use standardized safety facilities. We strictly require all construction units to use standardized and high-quality safety protection facilities, and have unified requirements for major safety facilities. For example, all civil works require a closed federated eye network; Construction power supply and grounding protection are unified as "three-phase five-wire system". In order to transform power lines, Guixi invested tens of thousands of yuan in reconstruction funds.

10, continuous improvement and closed-loop management. In order to improve the management level of safe and civilized construction, we pay attention to summing up experience in practice and innovating some new working methods, and achieved good results. The problems found in each safety inspection are implemented one by one, and everything is echoed. We formulated and used the Notice of Rectification of Safe and Civilized Construction, which enabled the safety work to achieve closed-loop management according to the requirements of standard assessment.

Although we did a lot of work in 2004, there are still some problems. Mainly manifested in:

1, the new consciousness is not strong, the working ideas are not wide, and there are ideas to meet the status quo. Basically maintained at a good level, there is no big improvement.

2. Traditional working methods and methods also restrict the improvement and development of our safety management level, especially in construction units.

3. The safety knowledge and accident prevention ability of front-line employees need to be further improved and strengthened. The task of three-level safety education for workers in the new factory is still very heavy.

4. The safety management of subcontracting construction teams and improving their safety quality are the key to achieve safety objectives. This year's security situation analysis is enough to prove this point.

5. The focus is not prominent enough. Next year is the peak period of installation and construction, and aerial work, cross work and multiple types of work coexist, which increases the danger and difficulty of the work. How to focus on ensuring safety is not clear.
