Before leaving the power supply, the ambulance personnel shall not directly contact the person who gets an electric shock to prevent themselves from getting an electric shock.

However, illegal acts of destroying power facilities occur from time to time, which will bring immeasurable losses to the development of national economy and the lives of the broad masses of people. It should be the common responsibility of the whole society to prevent power facilities from being damaged by external forces and ensure the safety and smoothness of the "lifeline" of power.

9. Illegal construction in the power line protection zone can easily cause personal accidents. According to the provisions of the Electricity Law and the Regulations on the Protection of Power Facilities, in the event of an accident, the responsibility shall be borne by the illegal personnel, and the power department shall not bear civil liability. The government has the right to dismantle the illegal parts according to law.

10, it is forbidden to plant tall plants in the high-voltage line protection zone. Tall plants, such as fast-growing eucalyptus, bamboo, osmanthus trees, fruit trees, etc., will grow very tall and touch high-voltage wires, causing high-voltage wires to discharge trees, causing forest fires or people to get an electric shock. In order to protect power facilities, maintain public safety and prevent transmission lines from tripping again due to tree barriers, wind farms have the right to cut down according to the provisions of Articles 15 and 17 of the Regulations on the Protection of Power Facilities.
