It is required that the volume percentage of methane in the height range below 2m of the landfill surface shall not be greater than 0. 1%. Methane emission reduction measures should be taken in domestic waste landfill; When landfill gas is directly discharged through the airway, the volume percentage of methane at the outlet of the airway is not more than 5%, and necessary measures should be taken to prevent the diffusion of malodorous substances during the operation of domestic waste landfill. The concentration of malodorous pollutants at the boundary of environmental sensitive points around the domestic waste landfill should meet the requirements of GB 14554.

In any case, the domestic waste landfill should comply with the pollutant emission control requirements of this standard, and take necessary measures to ensure the normal operation of pollution prevention facilities.
