Article 3 Discipline inspection and supervision organizations shall strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of the "Eight Provisions" of the Central Committee, the "Ten Provisions" of the Provincial Party Committee, the "Sixteen Provisions" of the Municipal Party Committee and the "Nineteen Provisions" of the District Committee, adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts, complying with laws and regulations, paying attention to practical results and combining punishment with prevention, constantly promote the normalization of work style construction and promote the change of work style.

Article 4 The objects of supervision and inspection are Party organs, people's congresses, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, people's organizations, enterprises and institutions and their cadres in party member. Chapter II Contents, Methods and Steps of Supervision and Inspection

Twelfth individuals who are dissatisfied with the results of supervision and inspection have the right to appeal to the higher organizations, and the relevant organizations shall verify and deal with them according to the regulations, and inform them of the results in time.

Thirteenth discipline inspection and supervision organizations should report the major problems, important cases and important measures found in the supervision and inspection to the party committees and governments at the same level in a timely manner, and inform the supervision and inspection through the news media and other forms.

Fourteenth discipline inspection and supervision organizations should pay attention to studying and implementing the "Eight Provisions" of the Central Committee, "Ten Provisions" of the Provincial Party Committee, "Sixteen Provisions" of the Municipal Party Committee and "Nineteen Provisions" of the District Committee, and establish and improve a long-term mechanism.

Article 15 When carrying out supervision and inspection, the staff of discipline inspection and supervision institutions shall strictly abide by the work discipline, and shall not expand the scope of inspection without authorization, disclose the relevant contents of supervision and inspection, and shall not accept any form of gifts, cash gifts and banquets from the inspected departments, units and their staff. For staff who violate work discipline, depending on the seriousness of the case, they will be given organizational treatment or disciplinary action.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
