What do you mean by the transfer of institutional reformers?

Personnel transfer refers to the transfer of employees from the original unit to the new unit because of work needs. For example, the transfer of the education system to the party and government organs, the transfer of local units to the central departments, and the transfer of military cadres to the localities are all personnel transfers.

Legal basis:

Article 64 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions have the obligation to accept and resettle discharged soldiers, and when recruiting or hiring personnel, they should give priority to recruiting discharged soldiers under the same conditions; Soldiers discharged from active service who are assigned jobs in accordance with the provisions of Articles 60, 61 and 63 of this Law shall do a good job in accordance with the tasks and requirements of national resettlement. The service life of active servicemen is calculated as the length of service, and it is accumulated with the working life of the unit after retirement. The state encourages and supports state organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions to receive and resettle servicemen discharged from active service. Receiving and resettlement units enjoy preferential tax policies in accordance with state regulations.
