Measures for the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Archives Law

Article 8 The archives administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall perform the following duties in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 6 of the Archives Law:

(a) the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and relevant state policies;
