2. Strengthen daily water-saving management.

In accordance with the spirit of "the State Council's Opinions on Implementing the Strictest Water Resources Management System" (Guo Fa [20xx] No.3) and "Notice of the State Organs Administration Bureau on Strengthening the Water Saving Work of Public Institutions", we will earnestly strengthen the water saving work of bureau organs and promote the construction of water-saving units. The office of the leading group shall study and formulate the annual water saving plan of the unit and organ, organize the implementation, comprehensively coordinate the major issues of water saving, supervise and inspect the water saving work of the unit and organ, and organize publicity and education on water saving work.

2. Improve the management system. The water-saving leading group office of our unit closely combines the actual work, formulates and improves various water-saving management systems, establishes a restraint and incentive mechanism conducive to water conservation, and uses the system to restrain water use behavior. At the same time, it is necessary to formulate relevant water-saving standards, quantify and refine responsibility targets and task indicators, and establish a measurement and reporting system. All directly affiliated institutions should also set up a leading group to create water-saving units, determine the specific person to do the specific work, and ensure that the leaders, managers and work responsibilities are in place.

3. Strengthen supervision and inspection. My unit water-saving leading group and office should strengthen the water-saving inspection of organs, regularly check once a month, and report the inspection once a month, and incorporate the water-saving results into the year-end target management responsibility system assessment, reward the departments that complete the tasks, and give criticism or economic punishment beyond the energy-saving indicators.
