In order to ensure that college students in our county return home safely, in accordance with the requirements of the State Council, provincial and municipal "Notice on Preventing and Controlling the COVID-19 Epidemic for College Students Returning to Their Hometowns Nationwide" , here are the following reminders regarding the return of Changwu college students to their hometowns during the summer:

Reminder 1

For areas with epidemics, if there is no epidemic in colleges and universities, the closure management will be implemented for more than 7 days. Afterwards, students can leave school and return to their hometowns with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate and relevant certificates issued by their university. They must report to the community or village where they have their registered residence three days before returning home, and implement a "point-to-point" closed-loop approach from school to destination. Return home. After students arrive at the "two stops and one stop" in Xi'an, the county health department will arrange special vehicles to pick them up point-to-point. After returning, control measures will be implemented in accordance with the latest prevention and control policies.

Reminder 2

College students from Changwu-registered low-risk areas outside the province should report to the community or village where they have their registered residence three days before returning to Changwu. With a negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test, you can return by public transportation by yourself and take personal protection throughout the process. After students arrive at Binzhou High-speed Railway Station or Changwu Railway Station, they will be picked up point-to-point by their parents or return by themselves by public transportation. After returning, control measures will be implemented in accordance with the latest prevention and control policies.

When college students in the province return to their hometowns, their parents are allowed to pick them up from school point-to-point, or the students can return by themselves by public transport.

Reminder 4

After college students return to their hometown, they must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, implement control measures, do not get together or gather, maintain awareness of personal protection at all times, and wear masks scientifically and standardizedly. Wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, maintain a safe social distance, and try not to go to crowded and poorly ventilated places. If symptoms such as fever or dry cough occur, you should go to the nearest fever clinic as soon as possible while taking personal protective measures. Avoid taking public transportation during the treatment to ensure personal safety during the summer.
