On May 3rd1day, the preliminary inspection and acceptance of 2# apartment building was carried out, with a total construction area of 6919.16m2 and a total building height of16.20m, with four floors and a frame for the main structure. The approval of the project is16.96 million yuan. The quality of the project has been evaluated by Kuitun Quality Supervision Station, the employer and our supervision department, and the conclusion is qualified.

After the 3# apartment building resumed work on April 1 this year, it completed the construction projects such as floor heating, floor tile laying, bathroom tiling and roof waterproofing. The progress payment is approved as 6 184600 yuan.

After the apartment building 1# resumed work in April this year, the main body acceptance was completed. At present, the progress payment for plastering the interior wall is 2 147300 yuan.

2, engineering quality, safety and civilized construction site

1. The office building, expert reception building and supply and marketing building undertaken by Hubei Industrial Construction Company have completed the basement and first floor construction project. After on-site follow-up inspection and sampling inspection by our supervision department, Kuitun Quality Supervision Station and the owner unit, the on-site engineering quality meets the design and specification requirements.

2. During the daily inspection, the professional supervisors cooperate with the general contractor to solve the problems found on site in time, issue supervision notices to the construction nodes that do not meet the design and specification requirements for rectification, and adjust the construction personnel who do not obey the management.

In terms of safe and civilized construction, management personnel and construction personnel have achieved certificates. All kinds of construction machinery and equipment (tower crane, steel bar straightener, bending machine) keep normal operation. The site office, steel shed, woodwork shed and finished product protection shed are arranged reasonably, and the raw material stacking marks are clear. The installation of "five cards and two pictures" and various safety signs meets the requirements, and the door head, colored board construction fence, access to the construction site, colored flags, various publicity slogans, slogans and signs are installed in an orderly manner. On the whole, the sensory effect and image of the construction site have fundamentally improved to a new level. Newly-entered construction personnel should carry out three-level safety education in time. 3, raw materials approach and witness inspection

4, grasp the management work

In the construction of No.2 apartment building, Nantong Wu Jian actively implemented the construction progress required by the owner, deployed construction management personnel to strengthen the management in the construction process, well coordinated the various processes, educated the construction personnel to strengthen the protection of finished products, and ensured the engineering quality to meet the design and specification requirements.

Pay attention to quality, and do three stops and one inspection in construction management, that is, steel bar anchorage, steel bar lap installation in place, after the completion of beam, plate and ladder steel bar, stop the construction of next working procedure first, and then proceed to the construction of next working procedure after inspection.

Grasp management and improve the management system. From safe and civilized construction to strict requirements in all aspects of engineering construction, 37 supervision notices were issued by various professional supervisors in the first half of the year. Safety professional supervisor (HSE) is responsible for the three-level safety education and safe and civilized construction of all construction units. The supervision department actively strengthens the business contact with the owner unit. Management is not strong enough: this may have a lot to do with each manager's personality; There are also some weaknesses in the management system; Without ready-made experience, we advance in groping and lack confidence.
