There are many kinds of talents in Shenzhen, among which the conditions for newly introduced talents to apply for rental subsidies are:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Have a household registration in this city;

3. I have not enjoyed the preferential policies for purchasing houses in this city, and I have not rented public rental housing at present.

4. Undergraduates are under 30 years old, masters are under 35 years old, and doctors are under 40 years old.

Article 22

Newly introduced talents who meet the following conditions may apply to the human resources department for receiving, transferring or introducing procedures to issue rental subsidies:

(1) Bachelor degree or above;

Have a household registration in this city;

(3) I have not enjoyed the preferential policies for purchasing houses in this city and have not rented public rental housing.

In addition to meeting the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, the newly transferred in-service talents shall also meet the following age conditions:

Undergraduate under 30 years old, master under 35 years old, doctor under 40 years old. The above age conditions are judged by the date of transfer to the year 1.

Newly introduced talents shall apply for rental subsidy within 1 year from the date of issuance of the approval document for introduction. Failure to apply within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver of application qualification.
