As the president of the student literature and art club of that era, I felt uncomfortable.

After the reform and opening up, many high-rise buildings have appeared in Tsinghua.

In contrast, the old buildings in Tsinghua campus are in danger of being swallowed up.

This is the progress of society, the progress of Tsinghua, and it should be so.

It is impossible to imagine a modern university curled up in a small royal garden.

However, the progress of history always requires people to pay the price.

Last year, a group of painters were invited to Tsinghua to paint.

Most of them are still willing to take the carved beams and painted buildings in old Tsinghua as the object, even if they draw new high-rise buildings, they should add some ancient pine rocks and so on.

Said they didn't know anything new. The purple light building is really beautiful, but I want to write a poem, but I can't find the feeling.

This may be the "poverty of the century", not Tsinghua's own problem.

Tsinghua is strengthening the construction of liberal arts, but it has nothing to do with "literary talent". It is not only the School of Management, Law and Public Administration, but also the Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences, which may be the "killer" of literary talent.

Because liberal arts are "scientific": for example, the intimate relationship between parents and children used to be a moral and ethical issue, but now it is the relationship between creditors and debtors.

The problem of parental support has a scientific basis, but what about the ancient poems that have been passed down from generation to generation to praise the loving mother? It seems useless.

Some people say, what about "literary talent" ! Yes, "literary talent" can neither be eaten as a meal nor promote social progress.

If today's academicians of the Academy of Sciences are called together to test their compositions, they may not all get good grades, and they are worried about failing.

Who can deny that he is a wise man and master in today's society? But when I think that a student in Tsinghua threw sulfuric acid on the bear's face some time ago and conducted a "scientific experiment", I think that "literary talent" may have nothing to do with "people".

If he has a little literature and art in his mind, he will know that people are lovely and natural and may not be able to do such evil things.

Recently, Professor Ge Fei applied to the Chinese Department of Tsinghua University.

He is a famous avant-garde novelist. Soon after he came, he praised the aura of Tsinghua students.
