1. Purpose and basis

According to the "Safety Production Law", "Basic Standardization Standardization of Enterprise Safety Production (AQ/T9006-2010)" and "Safety Production of Hazardous Chemicals Business Units" General Specifications for Standardization (AQ3013-2008)", "Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases", "Interim Regulations on the Management of Occupational Hazardous Factors in the Workplace", "Regulations on Safety Training for Production and Business Units" and related document requirements. IV. Training content

1. Third-level safety education, safety training and education for reinstated personnel, external construction safety training, and new laws, regulations and standards training;

5. Training Form

In order to maximize the effectiveness and rendering power of training, training should be oriented to stimulate employees' interest in learning and improve employees' safety literacy. To achieve the goal, we should flexibly innovate training forms and try to adopt forms that are popular with employees and easy for the public to participate, so that employees can be inspired and educated invisibly, thereby achieving the purpose of training.

The training forms that can be adopted are:

(1) Meeting format. Mainly include: safety knowledge lectures, team safety study meetings, pre-work class meetings, accident scene meetings, etc.

(2) Propaganda and education form. Mainly include: safety publicity banners, slogans, signs, pictures, safety publicity boards, WeChat public groups, etc.

(3) Watch audio and video formats. Mainly include: accident case CDs, safety lecture videos, etc.

(4) Concentrated class format. Mainly include: pre-job "three-level" education and training for new employees.

VI. Training requirements

1. All branches must fully realize the importance of education and training in safety management. Education and training are the key to correcting employees’ safety attitudes and strengthening employee safety. It is an important means to raise awareness, improve employees’ safety knowledge, and improve employees’ safety literacy. Therefore, each branch must truthfully participate in and carry out training work in accordance with the planned arrangements.

2. Before each training, each branch is required to prepare all the resources required for training in advance (such as training materials, computers, projectors, cameras, teaching equipment and facilities, training venues, etc.) Preparation work, and at the same time clarify the training instructors, and the training instructors must make all preparations for teaching.
